How Do I Manage My Subscription, Billing Or Invoices?

Monthly customers can access and change their account details within the Control Panel

If you are charged via monthly card payments, you can manage your account from within the Control Panel. 

You must have an Admin login to do this.

1. Log in to the Control Panel

Make sure you're using an Admin login.

2. Click on Account

This can be found in the header of the Control Panel.

3. Manage your Account

You can:

  • Get historic invoices

  • Change your billing / card details

  • Change address

  • Cancel your subscription
