Export Metrics to an Excel Data Spreadsheet

All online coverage and social data can be downloaded to a spreadsheet. 

This makes it easy to see data on a granular, per article / post level - and create custom charts which can be added back into a Releasd report via the Images widget.

What's in the Excel Export?

The data download includes all online coverage and social media data.

1. Online Coverage

Here, you can access the URL, Headline, Publish Date and Publication details.

All metrics are exported: the basics (Reach, Coverage Views, Social Engagements) - plus advanced analytics including Mentions, Sentiment, Perception and Key Message Analysis and more (if activated in your account. Speak to us to learn more).

2. Social Media

The Social Posts tab includes all post details and available metrics, like Followers, Engagements and Views.

How to Download the Data Sheet

There are two ways to access sharing options:

1. Via the Control Panel: Go to the Pages tab, find your Page then click 'Share'.

2. Via the Toolbar in the Page Builder: Click on the 'Share' tab.

Finally, choose 'Export Online Coverage Metrics to a spreadsheet:
