Email newsletters provide an opportunity for PR professionals to share their messages with highly targeted, opted-in audiences.
Learn how to feature them in Releasd reports below. Here's how it's going to look.
1. Create a PDF version of the newsletter
The free Awesome Screenshot browser extension can do that. Take a screenshot of the entire page, then save as a PDF.
2. In Releasd, Drag on a Documents widget
Upload the PDF you just created.
3. Update the widget Title & Description
Here, you can manually add information about the readership, frequency, subscribers etc. You can also add a hyperlink to the browser version of the newsletter.
4. Save
Now you can scroll through the newsletter, read contextual information - and click through to the full version.
Optional: Add a custom metric to the Summary Metrics widget to show totalled metrics.
