When spreadsheets are uploaded to the Documents widget, they're processed using the print settings of the document, and these may need to be changed. Don't worry, it's quite simple.
Step 1: Minimise the width of each column
To give the document the best chance of displaying well in the widget, we recommend optimising the width of each column - ie removing any unnecessary space.
Step 2: Set the page breaks
Go to the View tab, then click 'Page Break Preview' and set the borders to the edges of your data:
Step 3: Show gridlines for print
Go to the Page Layout tab and tick the Gridlines > Print checkbox as shown:
Step 4: Set the print area so it only includes relevant parts of the sheet
First, highlight the area which you want to include.
Then, select File > Print Area > Set Print Area and highlight your data.
Step 4: Save, and upload to the Releasd Documents widget
Change the size of the widget to optimise the display.
